Existing customer support

If you are an existing customer of JLP you can use our support ticket system to get quick answers to your issue. There are two ways to create a new support ticket:

1. Simply email support@jlpinternet.com to quickly create a new support ticket, or
2. Go to https://jlpinternet.freshdesk.com and create a free account before creating a new support ticket online. The beenfit of doing it this way is you can keep track of open support tickets and view previous support tickets

Your support ticket will be sent to everyone at JLP and will ensure your request is dealt with as quickly as possible.
