Bambeenies was born in 2016 to provide a wide range of classes for babies, toddlers and young children. The owner Jenny Teale approached JLP internet to design a brand new website to help her launch the new business. There was a tight timescale so we needed to get the website up and running quickly.
Since Jenny was starting this new business on her own, it was important for the new website to minimise admin time required to add classes tot eh website, manage available spaces and extract class lists.
The new website was designed from scratch to give a friendly, welcoming feel while being easy to use both for visitors to the website, and for Bambeenies to update the website.
The site has ecommerce built in, allowing classes to be sold online. It is fully responsive to ensure it works well on tablet and mobile devices, which was important as a large proportion of visitors to this website are parents with limited time to book classes.
Bambeenies can extract class attendee lists and create special offers easily.
JLP Internet also suggested Microsoft Office 365 as a cost effective solution for Bambeenies to give business-class emails and Microsoft Office in one single licence.
The Bambeenies website has proven to be very popular and has allowed Jenny to grow her business by selling classes and promoting her business online while being free to focus on other things. The new website has evolved slightly to keep up with Bambeenies ever-growing range of services.
JLP Internet and Bambeenies enjoy an ongoing partnership working together to continue looking for ways to improve the website and make workflow more efficient. This ongoing partnership has also lead to JLP Internet being an independent adjudicator for the Shetland Baby Show Awards, which is a commitment we are proud to continue to this day.
